CCNM-Boucher Campus Counselling Services

In-person sessions are available Tuesday & Thursday 10:15-5:30pm, and online sessions on Wednesdays 9:00am-4:30pm, excluding holidays. SPECIAL DATES: Virginia will be out of the office Aug. 25th and September 16th-22nd.

Please use your CCNM Student email to create your Jane account.

If you are unable to find an appointment time, please sign up on the waitlist using the link at the bottom of the “Select Session” options. This will allow you to be notified if there is a cancellation and help the counsellor know you are waiting for services. Thank you!

For counselling services outside of the CCNM-Boucher campus counsellor’s scheduled hours of work, the Dialogue counselling service (EmpowerMe) is available to CCNM-Boucher students 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via StudentCare.

Welcome! I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with an MA specializing in Higher Education counselling from UBC. My passion is to help students thrive and develop lasting, positive mental health during their time at CCNM. I have experience working with many common student difficulties like stress, anxiety, procrastination, grief, or depression. My sessions are collaborative, caring, and nonjudgmental. I use both cognitive techniques (CMT, CBT, ACT, PCT) and somatic awareness (mindfulness, ecotherapy, art, etc) to support optimal wellbeing in a culturally sensitive way.
